Ingredients
- 1 T. butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can-10 3/4 oz. Campbells Cream of Mushroom w/roasted garlic soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup diced canned tomatoes
- 1 lb. fresh fish fillets
- 4 cups hot cooked linguine

Preparation
Step 1
Heat butter in skillet. Add onion and cook until tender. Add soup, milk, and tomatoes. Heat to a boil. Add fish (or scallops or shrimp). Cook over low heat about 10 min. or until fish is done. Serve over linguine.
Tip: Serve with broccoli. For dessert serve your favorite Pepperidge Farm cookies.
