Ingredients
- 3 cups cold cooked rice
- 1/2 lb bacon, chopped
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- 2 stalks celery, finely diced
- 1 can chopped mushrooms
- 2 TBSPN dark soya sauce
- 1/2 lb shrimp, cut up or more???
- 1 TBSPN wine (white, I presume)
- 1/4 tspn pepper
- 2 TBSPN chicken broth or boullion

Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon until barely cooked. Add onions and celery and stir fry for 1 min. Add srhimp and stir fry 1 min. Add mushrooms, soya sauce, wine and rice. Add 1/4 tspn pepper and chicken broth, stir until heated thru.
Boiled Rice
Wash rice and drain well. To each cup of rice, add 1 1/2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, lower heat to simmer, place lid on pat and DO NOT remove until rice is cooked, approx 20 mins or longer for larger quantities. Let it stand for 10 mins to absorb moistrue, before removing lid. Heat off. Remove lid and fluff with a fork.
