Sugar snap peas with toasted almonds

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole raw almonds
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 lb fresh sugar snap peas, strings removed
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spread almonds in single layer on rimmed baking sheet, toast 8-10 minutes.
Transfer to a plate to cool completely. Chop half the almonds coarsely, other half finely.
Melt butter in large skillet over medium. Add snap peas, salt and pepper, stir and cook 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with almonds, toss to coat.
