Spinach Pesto

Ingredients

• 2 c spinach washed
• 1/4 c slivered almonds or pine nuts toasted
• 1/4 c parmesan cheese
• 1 garlic clove
• 1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a blender and process to a fine paste.
