Cheddar Turkey Bake

Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 4 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 2 cups uncooked, long-grain rice
- 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 4 cups cubed, cooked turkey
- 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups crushed butter-flavored crackers
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large saucepan, bring broth, water and onion to a boil. Reduce heat. Add rice; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat; fluff with fork. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Spoon rice into pan dnd sprinkle with peas and turkey. Combine soup, milk and salt; pour over turkey. Toss cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Note: You may make two casseroles using 9" square pans, freezing one for later use. If frozen, thaw casserole in refrigerator for 24 hours. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes or until heated through.
