Parmesan Noodles and Ham

Ingredients
- Pasta
- 4 tbsp. Butter
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Onion
- 4 oz. Ham
- 3/4 lb. Mushrooms
- Salt / Pepper
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
1. Boil noodles.
2. Melt butter. Cook onions in butter over medium heat until golden.
3. Add ham and cook 1 or 2 minutes until light.
4. Raise to medium high and add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook 4 - 5 minutes until "water" evaporates.
5. Pour in cream and stir constantly until reduced by one-half.
6. Add noodles and parmesan.
