Sesame Turkey Cakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked turkey -- chopped
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup green onion -- finely chopped
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts -- chopped
- 1/4 cup celery -- finely chopped
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 large egg -- lightly beaten
- 1 clove garlic -- minced
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds -- toasted
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil -- divided
- sweetened chili sauce or other dipping
- sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 11 ingredients in large bowl. Add bread crumbs and sesame
seeds. Stir until well blended.
Form into six 3/4 inch thick patties.
Heat oil over medium heat. Cook patties for three minutes in each side,
until golden brown.
Serve immediately with sauce.
