OH MY! This is the BEST homemade BBQ I have ever had. And you don't even need a grill or a smoker! Give it a try and you will be hooked.

Preparation

Step 1

Place meat and apple juice in pressure cooker. Bring up to high pressure and cook 40-50 minutes, or until done according to pressure cooker directions. Release steam, place pork on a platter, and allow to cool.

With 1-2 forks, rake across meat and pull pork into shreds. Clean out pressure cooker, leaving a few tablespoons of juice in pot. Add meat and a bottle or more of BBQ sauce. Heat through.

For a southern sandwich, place on a bun with cole slaw.

***If you prefer, you can make this in the crock pot. Just cook it all day and pull it when you get home.
