Ingredients
- 1/4 C honey
- 1 1/2 T bourbon
- 2 T chili powder
- 1/2 t ground ginger
- 1/4 t kosher salt
- 1/4 t ground black pepper
- 1/2 t lime zest
- 1 t lime juice
- 4 6oz salmon fillets

Step 1
1. In a small bowl, combine honey, bourbon, chili powder, giner, salt pepper and lime zest and juice.
2. Place oven rack about 6 inches fro broiler. Preheat broiler. Lne a baking sheet with foil. Place salmon fillets, skin side down on foil. Spoon honey mixture over salmon. Broil until glaze is bubbling and salmon is no longer oaque in the center, about 8 minutes.
