Ingredients

  • 2 10 oz packages or bags broccolit florets
  • 2 cups instant rice
  • 2 cans of cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 1/2 cups or 16 oz shredded American cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups of crushed seasoned croutons
  • 3 tbs butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rice. Cook broccoli. Mix all ingrediants except butter and croutons and put into a 9x13 baking dish. Melt butter and mix in crushed seasoned croutons. Put on top of broccoli and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
