Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 lbs of potatoes boiled
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 2 tsp onion salt
- pepper to taste
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes and garlic together. when tender, mash potatoes.
Mix with cream cheese, sour cream, half & half, and onion salt.
Place in slow cooker. To keep warm place on low setting.
May be sotred in fridge over night and heated the next day.
place on high to start warming the place on low setting until warmed.
