Ingredients
- 1 large turkey breast (or dark meat if you prefer) cut into small chunks
- 3 T flour
- 3 T butter
- 2 c heavy cream
- 1 c chicken stock or broth
- 2 c sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c frozen peas thawed
- linguine pasta
- 2 T chopped fresh parsley
- salt and white pepper

Preparation
Step 1
. Cook turkey
. Cook pasta
. Melt the butter in a sauce pan over low heat, stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes constantly stirring, add in stock and cream, increase heat to medium and bring to a boil until sauce thickens, stop cooking stir in salt and white pepper to taste
. Add in the rest of the ingredients and serve over the pasta
