Pork loin rub

Ingredients

• 2 tsp sugar
• 2 tsp paprika
• 1 1/2 tsp onion salt
• 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
• 1 tsp ground black pepper
• 1/2 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp ground coriander

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together and rub EVOO onto loin then dry rub

Cook loin on each side for 10 minutes or until browned. Then cover loin and cook until temp is 160
