Ingredients

  • 1 8oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 T grated parm cheese
  • 2 t chopped onion
  • 1/2 t thyme
  • 1/2 of a 10oz box of frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained.
  • 1/4 C whipping cream
  • 2 T diced pimento
  • 1 t worchestershire sauce
  • 1/4 t garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese and whipping cream in a greased small crock pot warmer. Cover and heat til cheese is melted (30-60mins) Add remaining ingredients. Cover and heat for 30 minutes. Serve w/ raw veggies, crackers or bread pieces.
