Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. Can Sliced Peaches in Syrup
  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Distilled Vinegar
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Allspice
  • 3 Cups (1 Box) Chicken Flavored Stove Top Stuffing Mix

Preparation

Step 1

Drain peaches, reserving the syrup and adding water to make 1 Cup - Set aside
Brown chicken in hot oil in skillet
Add syrup/water mixture, butter, sugar, vinegar, & allspice
Bring to boil
Cover, reduce heat & simmer for 5 minutes
Stir in dry stuffing mix and peaches
Remove from heat & let stand uncovered for 5 minutes
