    TBS Soy Sauce

  • 1

    tsp sugar

  • 1

    tsp cornstarch

  • 2

    tsp dry sherry

  • 2

    tsp Hoisin sauce

  • 1

    tsp rice vinegar

  • 1

    tsp chile paste with garlic

  • Salt to taste

    TBS minced peeled fresh ginger

    TBS minced fresh garlic

    lb sirloin steak (lean), thinly sliced across the grain

    medium green onions, cut into 2" pieces

Directions

1. Combine first 8 ingredients, stirring until smooth. 2. Heat peanut oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced ginger, minced garlic, and beef; sauté for 2 minutes or until beef is browned. Add green onions, sauté 30 seconds. Add soy sauce mixture, cook an additional 1 minute or until thick, stirring constantly. Makes 4 servings. One serving = 4 Weight Watchers points.
