Spinach Quiche'

Ingredients
- Unbaked piecrust
- 2 - 10oz pkg chopped spinach
- 1/2 C. chopped scallions or onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbls butter
- 8 oz. swiss cheese
- 4 eggs lightly beaten
- Scant cup of milk (1)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp celery salt (optional)
- Receipte can be doubled and more baking time

Step 1
Preheat 425 reduce to 350
Cook spinach and press out water, saute onion and garlic in butter until golder brown. Add spinach and stir until excess moistue is out. Mix spinach with cheese, eggs and milk. Put in unbaked pie shell. Bake 425 for 15 minutes lower to 350 bake for additional 10 minutes or unitl center is set. Let stand 10 min befor cutting
Bake time for both spinach and sausage quiche together is 15 min at 425 and 45 min at about 370
