Ingredients
- 5 pounds potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 1 stick butter
- Milk (small amount)
- 1 c. sour cream
- salt to taste
- 4 oz cream cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare potatoes and drain.
Add butter and a little milk.
Add salt; mash with electric mixer.
Add sour cream & cheese.
Put in crock pot to keep warm.
Can be prepared the night before and refrigerated;
