Ingredients

  • 4 c cooked and shredded chicken
  • 2 cans chicken broth (14.5 oz)
  • 2 cans green chilies, do not drain
  • 3 cans navy beans (drained)
  • 1 pkg McCormick White Bean Chicken Chili Seasoning
  • 1 sweet onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbls canola oil
  • Top with avacado and whole wheat croutons

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and shred chicken, place in soup pot, add remaining ingredients except for toppings. Cook on stovetop until heated thru.
2 cans of green chilies was hot! Used 1 and a ¼ cans of green chilies
