Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 1/2 lb shrimp
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 28oz can tomatoes (drained)
- 3/4 cup black olives
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 2 T chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare linguine and keep warm. In a 12 inch skillet cook shrimp in 2T of olive oil until done. Remove shrimp and add remaining olive oil. Cook the garlic and onions until the onions are soft. Add remaining ingredients except the cheese. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Add shrimp and simmer. Serve the shrimp and sauce mixture over linguine topped with feta cheese.
