Maple Baked Salmon

I added 1 Tbsp of maple balsamic vinegar to the marinade. I also sliced some mangoes and baked them in with the salmon. Served over brown rice.

Ingredients
- 1 pound of salmon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/8 tsp black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Place salmon in a baking dish and pour marinade over top.
Marinate for min 30 minutes, max all day! Flip once halfway through if you can.
Preheat oven to 400* and bake salmon for 20 minutes, or until flakes with a fork.
