Ingredients
- 2 T. Homemade Gourmet Mock Spinach Seasoning
- 1 14.75-oz can salmon, drained and de-boned
- 1/2 C. bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1-2 T. canola oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except oil; shape and press flat into 6 patties.
2. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat; fry for 7 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
3. Serve immediately.
