Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon ground mustard
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 teaspoons four
  • Mix well, then gradually add:
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salad:
  • 12 diced cooked potatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (if using dried parsley, add to your own preference

Step 1

Dressing:
Cook until it starts to boil. Remove from heat. Add 1 Tablespoon butter. Cool.

Pour dressing over salad
