Creamy Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cups vegetable stock or water
- 3 to 4 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 red or yellow onions, chopped
- 1 avocado
- 1-2 stalks of celery, chopped
- Bragg's Liquid Amino's, salt, cumin, ginger, etc, to taste - experiment with different spices

Preparation
Step 1
In a stock pot or Dutch oven, heat the stock or water on medium high heat. Add the chopped broccoli and cook for five minutes.
Transfer the broccoli and all the remaining ingredients except spices to a blender. Cover with stock or water (this may need to be done in batches or try an immersion blender) and blend.
Return contents of the blender to stock pot or Dutch oven and heat over medium low until warmed throughout. Season with Bragg's, grated fresh ginger, or any other spices you like. Serves 4 to 6.
