Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 12 slices bacon, cut into thirds
- 4 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 4 tablespoons honey

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Place a chicken cube in the center of each bacon strip, and wrap the bacon around the chicken. Secure with a wooden toothpick. Continue until all the chicken cubes are wrapped.
3. In a small bowl, whisk the honey and sriracha sauce together.
4. Brush the sauce all over each bacon bite. Place all the brushed bites on a baking sheet. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until the bacon is crispy. Serve immediately.
