Ingredients
- 2 Jars (2lbs/ea Sam's) of Artichoke Balls, drained and mashed
- 2 Cups of Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 4 Well Beaten Eggs
- 4 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Peppers of your choice
- 5 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp of Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp of Minced Garlic
- 1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Cup of Romano Cheese

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except Parmesan Cheese; mix well. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Form into bite-sized balls. Roll in Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees about 10 minutes or until light brown. Makes 48
