- 1 lb. breakfast sausage, brown and cut
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 6 slices bread cubes
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Accent

Step 1
Cube bread. Place in casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes.
