Tangerine and Rosemary Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 TBS chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tsps olive oli
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • grated zest and juice of two tangerines
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pound lean pork tenderloin,trimmed

Preparation

Step 1

Combine garlic,rosemary,oil,pepper flakes,tangerine zest and juice and salt in
ziplock bag. Squeeze out air and seal bag, turn to coat pork. Refrigerate,turning bag occasionally at least 1 hour or over night.

Spray grill rack with non-stick spray;pre-heat grill to mediumor prepare medium fire,discard marinade.Place pork on grill rack and grill, turning occassionall,until instant-read thermometer inserted into the center registers 145 degrees F about 20 minutes.

Trasfer pour cutting board and let stand 5 minutes
