Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 TBS mayo
- 2 TBS grated parm
- 1/2 coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/2 tap minced fresh garlic
- 1/2 tap kosher salt
- Salad:
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 Bartlett pears, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped, toasted pecans
