- 6 oz Bacon, center cut
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, Packed

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Set a wire rack on/above a sheet pan.
2. Pulse the pecans until they are chopped in tiny pieces. Do not overdo it, or they will turn into a nut butter. Add the brown sugar to the pecans and pulse a few times to mix well.
3. Press each piece of bacon into the pecan/sugar mix, making sure you coat each side. Shake off the excess. Place each strip of bacon on the wire rack. Bake for about 30 minutes to make sure the bacon has caramelized. Allow to cool slightly, but eat while still hot/warm.
***Make sure you use Center Cut Bacon. It is less fatty and much better for this recipe.
