Ingredients

  • 2 1/2

    cups water (salted)

  • 1 1/2

    cups milk

  • 1

    tbs butter

  • 8

    oz uncooked noodles

  • 1/4

    sliced celery

  • 1 1/2

    cups frozen peas

  • 1

    can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/2

    can cream of chicken soup

  • 2 1/2

    cups chopped turkey

  • 6

    oz mushrooms, sliced

  • 1/4

    cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Topping:

  • 1/2

    cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4

    cub fresh bread crumbs

Directions

In a large sauce pan, bring water and milk to a boil, being careful not to boil over. Add butter, noodles, celery and peas; cook until noodles are done. Add soups, turkey, mushrooms and cheese to noodle mixture, mix thoroughly. Place in a casserole dish. Mix up topping. Sprinkle topping over mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
