Ingredients
- 12 English Muffins
- 2 tins crabmeat
- 1/2 lb margarine (less)
- one of those little red tubs of Old Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Slice English muffins in half, then into fourths
Arrange on cookie sheet
Combine remaining ingredients and spread on muffin quarters. Freeze for at least 30 minutes (makes 48 so you can keep lots in the freezer ready to go). Remove from freezer and place under broiler until bubbly and slightly brown. Serve hot. Be sure to broil long enough to set.
