Ingredients

  • 1-2 Pork Tenderloins, silver skin removed
  • 1 tbs Ground Allspice
  • 1 tbs Dried Thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground sage
  • 3/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 3/4 ground cinimon
  • 2 tbs kosher salt
  • 2 tbs garlic powder
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 cup white onion, chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Step 1

Combine all spices in bowl, stir to combine. Whisk in olive oil, soy sauce, OJ, and vinegar. Stir in onions and add Pork. Cover and marinade for 3-4 hours.

Preheat your grill. Remove Pork from marinade and reserve liquid. Use 1/4 of marinade to baste pork while grilling and put the rest in a small sauce pan. Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth to marinade and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 min and serve with grilled pork. Grill tenderloin until cooked to your liking while basting a few times.
