Paprika Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken broth, divided
- 16 ounces whole golden mushrooms
- 10-3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 teaspoons hot smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons bitter sweet or sweet smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 12 ounce bag broccoli flowerets, steamed
- 16 ounces fat-free sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 16 ounces fettuccini or rotini

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
Over medium heat, sauté onion in pan sprayed with non-stick spray until tender. Add broth and mushrooms; sauté until tender.
Combine soup, paprika, salt and pepper and add to mushroom mixture and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, parsley and broccoli. Combine with noodles and serve. Sprinkle with additional paprika, if desired.
