Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 4 cups cubed or shredded pork
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp dried cilantro
- 1 (16 oz) jar salsa verde
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Brown onion in butter. Stir in garlic. Add pork and brown slightly. Sprinkle coconut flour over pork and toss. Stir in the cilantro, one jar of salsa and the chicken broth. Simmer for 15 minutes.
