Hungarian Sausage Skillet

  • 1 med green peppe
  • 1 med onion
  • 1 tblsp. oil
  • 1 tblsp. paprika
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 lb. kielbasa
  • 2 tblsp parsley



Step 1

Cut green peppers and onion and sauté in oil for 3 minutes, stirring often. Sprinkle with paprika and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add tomatoes with liquid and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add kielbasa, lower heat, cover and cook 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
