Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Butter or Margerine, softened
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar and 1/2 cup Splenda
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 cup AP Flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamom
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 3 cup OF Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat butter, sugars, milk, egg and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Combine flour ,cinnamom, baking soda.
Add butter mixture and mix well.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
