Ingredients
- 2 14 oz bags of flaked coconut
- 1 14 oz can condensed milk
- 1/8 cup of sour cream
- 1 T heavy cream or half and half
- 1/2 T vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 F
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl with a heavy spoon--these cookies are very dense so take your time mixing, it will take a bit of elbow grease.
Drop by rounded spoonful (I use an ice cream scoop) on to parchment lined baking sheets.
Bake at 325 for 10-14 minutes depending on their size.
