Ingredients
- 1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cp chopped well drained maraschino cherries
- 1 tsp. cherry juice
- 1 egg
- 1 box Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie mix
- water, veg. oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box

Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9"pan
In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, cherries, cherry juice and 1 egg with spoon.
Make brownie batter as directed on box except spread half of the batter in the pan. Spread cream cheese mixture over batter. Spoon remaining batter on top; spread gently to cover.
Bake 53-58 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completly before cutting.
Store covered in refrigerator.
