Walt's Oak Grilled Artichokes
Walt's Wharf Famous Grilled Artichokes with Lea & Perrins Sauce
- Four artichokes
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 T Honey
- 2 T Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Season Salt
- 2-3 ounces Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
- 1 cup Mayonaise

Cut the artichokes into quarters and steam, boil or microwave the artichokes until they are tender and the leaves are easy to pull from the flower.
Grill over a barbeque basting with garlic butter until the artichokes are hot.
Mix all the sauce ingrediants and store to serve cold.
