Walt's Wharf Famous Grilled Artichokes with Lea & Perrins Sauce

  • Four artichokes
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 T Honey
  • 2 T Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Season Salt
  • 2-3 ounces Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
  • 1 cup Mayonaise

Step 1

Cut the artichokes into quarters and steam, boil or microwave the artichokes until they are tender and the leaves are easy to pull from the flower.

Grill over a barbeque basting with garlic butter until the artichokes are hot.

Mix all the sauce ingrediants and store to serve cold.
