  • 2 TBSP BUTTER
  • 1 CUP GRATED PECORINO

ADD REMAINING 2 TBSP OIL, SAUTE GARLIC, ADD BROTH BRUSSELS SPROUTS, COOK UNTIL SPROUTS ARE CRISP-TENDER, ABOUT 3 MINUTES. ADD BEANS AND BUTTER, STIR UNTIL BUTTER MELTS AND BROTH IS REDUCED TO GLAZE.
