Ingredients
- 2 Lbs turkey breast, de boned, trimmed of most of the skin and cut into thin strips.
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper(more or less depending)
- 3-5 tbs of chopped parsley
- 1-2 tbs of mint

Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor, blend meat until ground. Add all remaining ingredients and pulse a few times until well blended. Lightly grease (I used pam before I handled each one) your hands then form meat into meatballs that are longer and more oval in shape than regular meatballs (pretty big size). Slide the skewers through them. Gently lift onto a hot grill and grill for 6-8 min on each side.
