Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- 4 – 5 oz. cream cheese
- 2 TBS chopped shallots
- 4 TBS sherry
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch nutmeg
- Pinch cayenne
- 1 TBS chopped chives (for garnish)
- 1 pound very small shrimp (may use canned shrimp)
- Toasted French bread rounds

Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients but shrimp and chives into pot and heat but DO NOT BOIL or will separate. Add shrimp just before serving. Serve over toasted French bread rounds; garnish with chives.
