Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1/2 Tsp. cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 4 c. (12 oz. pkg.) fresh or frozen cranberries

Preparation
Step 1
Wash & pick over cranberries. In a saucepan, bring to a boil water, juice & sugar, stirring to dissolve sugar. Add cranberries, return to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer for about 10 minutes, or until cranberries burst. Add cinnamon & nutmeg. Remove from heat. Cool completely at room temperature, then chill in refrigerator. Cranberry sauce will thicken as it cools.
