Ingredients

  • 6 fish fillets, such as halibut, tilapia, mahi mahi
  • 1/2 cup regular or light sour cream
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup regular or light mayonnaise
  • 1 TB lemon pepper
  • Dash ground red pepper
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425. Put fish on a rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Season with lemon pepper. Mix sour cream, cheese, mayonnaise, lemon pepper, & red pepper together in a small bowl. Spoon over fish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
