Luscious Lemon Pie

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 TBSP grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
  • 4 TBSP cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sour cream



Step 1

Combine sugar, cornstarch, lemon peel, butter, lemon juice, milk & eggs. Cook until thick. Cover & cool. Fold in sour cream. Fill baked pie shell and chill at least 2 hours.
