Beef Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 small can of sliced black olives
- 1 lb grated pepper jack cheese
- 1 package white corn tortillas
- 3 cans mild enchilada sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté ground beef and onions, drain. Add taco season and olives to beef and mix well. In a 9 x 13 dish layer sauce, tortias, meat mixture, cheese, sauce, tortias, meat, cheese and sauce. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
