- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 cup ice

Preparation
Step 1
In a blender, combine banana, oats, yogurt, coconut oil, honey, orange juice, and ice. Puree until smooth. Transfer to a tall glass and drink immediately.
