Ingredients
- Pork loin sliced into slices and then diced. (1 to 2 lbs)
- 2 tbsp hoison sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp rice wine or rice vinegar
- 2 large garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 cup honey

Preparation
Step 1
Dice the pork.
In a bowl, whisk together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sugar, rice wine/vinegar and garlic.
Transfer the marinade and diced pork to a plastic bag.
Marinate the bag for 4 to 6 hours
Grill or stirfry (if grilling, leave pork as slices else dice it).
Brush with honey (optional)
