Ingredients

  • 6 TB butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 (of 28oz) bottle ketchup
  • 3 TB cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp spicey brown mustard
  • 1 TB worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1 lb. kielbasa

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt butter over med. heat in large skillet.
2. Saute onions until tender
3. Stir in remaining ingredients
4. Simmer, stirring occassionally, for twenty minutes.
5. Place kielbasa in slow-cooker with sauce. Cook on low four-five hours.
